One profile, a persistent access path.
Explore QR access, then update a synthetic profile through the owner editing flow.
Select a stage to inspect its role in the workflow.
Step 4: Read the latest record. The reader sees the current record.

The reader sees the current record.
A stable access path can reflect later owner edits. This prototype workflow does not establish the accuracy of patient-provided information or a clinical outcome.

Engineering details
Critical patient-provided information can be hard to locate in an emergency. Code Emergency explored a persistent QR profile as a faster access path.
Keep the profile patient-maintained
The platform stores a structured medical profile with an authenticated editing flow.
Simplify access at the point of need
A persistent QR code links to the profile. Product requirements were informed by feedback from an emergency-medicine leader.
